Which size should I order?
Start with your weight in the chart above, then check your waist and hips. If they all point to the same row, that's your size. If they point to different rows, take the larger one.
I'm between two sizes. Which one?
Take the larger one. The smaller size gives a little more hold for the first hour and then becomes the reason you take it off early. The larger size still shapes, and you'll actually wear it.
What if I order the wrong size?
Message us on WhatsApp with your weight, waist and hip measurements before you order and we'll tell you which to take — that's the surest way to get it right first time. If something isn't right when it arrives, contact us the same day and we'll help you sort it out.
My measurements fall in two different rows
That's common — weight in one row, waist or hips in another. Take the larger size. A bodysuit that's slightly roomy still smooths; one that's too tight digs in at the crotch and shoulders and ends up in the drawer.
Will it show under a fitted dress?
No. The edges are cut flat instead of hemmed, so there's no ridge to print through, and the fabric is thin enough not to add bulk. Black under dark colours is completely invisible.
Does it roll down when I sit?
There's no waistband to roll — it's one continuous piece from shoulder to hip. That's the main reason a bodysuit beats separate shaping shorts, and it's the complaint we hear most about everything else.
Can I wear it all day, or just for an evening?
All day. It's light shaping in a breathable nylon-spandex blend, made for a full day at work or a long night out. If it feels tight after an hour, it's a size too small — that's not how it should feel.
Can I wear my own bra with it?
Yes. The straps sit narrow enough to hide under most bra straps, and plenty of women wear it strapless underneath. It isn't a bra replacement — it's shaping through the body, not support at the bust.
How do I go to the bathroom?
There's a hook-and-eye opening at the crotch — unhook it, and refasten after. Nothing comes off, and it takes about ten seconds.
Can I wear it as a top on its own?
Yes, and a lot of people do — under a blazer, or tucked into high-waisted jeans. Because it's a bodysuit it never rides up or untucks halfway through the day.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then hang it to dry. No hot water, no tumble dryer, no ironing — heat is what destroys the stretch in spandex. Treated properly it holds its shape for years.
Will it lose its stretch?
Only if it gets hot. Washing machines and dryers are what wear elastic fabric out. Cool hand wash and air drying and it stays as tight as the day it arrived.
Why would I buy two or three?
Because hand washing means a full day of drying. With one, there are days you want it and it's wet on the line. Two is the practical minimum if you'll wear it weekly — three if it's becoming part of your normal routine.
