Yes — they're the same tabs that come in the NetFlip Full Set box, and they work with all four sizes.
How long does one tab last?
One night. Peel it off in the morning and put a fresh one on the next evening — that's what keeps the hold reliable and the skin comfortable.
Do they expire?
No. Keep them somewhere dry and out of direct sun and they'll be fine — which is why the larger packs are the better buy.
I don't have the strips yet — do I need these?
No. The Full Set already includes 30 nights of tabs, so start there. Come back here when you're running low.
