Will it fit down my drain?
The claw end is slim enough for standard shower, bath, sink and floor drains. If your drain has a fixed grate that doesn't lift out, you'll need to unscrew the cover first — usually two screws.
Will it scratch or damage my pipes?
No. It's a thin flexible shaft with a small claw — it slides through, it doesn't cut or scrape. Far gentler on old pipes than repeated doses of chemical cleaner, which is what actually eats away at seals and joints over time.
Can I reuse it?
Yes, indefinitely. Rinse it under hot water after each use, dry it, and hang it up. There's nothing to replace and nothing to refill.
What if the blockage is deeper than 2 metres?

Is it strong enough for a really bad clog?
Four steel claws grip hard. For a large clump, take it out in two or three pulls rather than fighting to get everything in one go — it comes out faster that way and you're not forcing the shaft.
I dropped a ring down the sink. Can I get it back?
Often, yes — small items usually settle in the U-bend under the sink rather than washing away. Go slowly, and don't run the tap in the meantime.
